以稻瘟菌-水稻作为模式系统,进行真菌致病分子机制,病原真菌-植物互作分子机制研究。以解析致病过程分子调控机制为目的,综合运用功能基因组学,分子遗传学,分子细胞生物学,修饰蛋白组学,表观遗传修饰组学等手段进行研究。为其它非模式病原真菌和非模式寄主植物提供借鉴,为开发新型杀菌剂提供候选靶标,为发现新的真菌病害防控途径,乃至培育抗病品种提供理论依据和应用基础。
