Bio
陆妩同志长期从事微电子器件和线性模拟电路的辐射效应、损伤机理及抗辐射加固技术的研究工作。多年来,作为项目负责人及主要完成人,先后主持并承担了该领域国家863、国家自然科学基金等研究项目二十余项。曾获得中科院科技进步一、三等奖各1项;新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步二、三等奖各1项;"八五"中国科学院"先进集体"奖1项。近期主要从事双极类器件和电路的低剂量率辐射损伤增强效应,以及实验室加速模拟评估方法的研究。目前已培养研究生9人(博士2人、硕士7人),发表论文90余篇。
