Bio
The Golde lab at Moredun focuses on vaccines for livestock delivered with virus vectors or mRNA technology that results in the protein antigen payload being made in vivo. These platforms inherenty produce antigens with a higher likelyhood of inducing cellular immunity than classical vaccines, i.e.killed virus, bacterin, recombinant proteins, etc. We are manipulating the protein antigen payloads to more directly lead to cellular immune responses and have some very promising preliminary data.
