Bio
Wenran Li is a postdoctoral scholar at Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She received her Ph.D degree from Tsinghua University in 2020. She visited Stanford University as a joint Ph.D from 2018 to 2019.
Her research interests include 1) epigenomics and gene regulation, exploring epigenetic modifications, chromatin accessibility, and chromatin architecture in shaping gene regulatory networks and cellular phenotypes; 2) genetics and biological markers, investigating the role of genetic variations in regulation and their influence on different biological molecules; 3) exposome and disease, focusing on understanding the intricate exposures and their implications in human health and disease.
