Bio
长期从事干细胞生物学基础与应用领域的研究,在干细胞/肿瘤干细胞的发育分化调控机制以及干细胞技术与产品的研发等方面进行了系统研究,并取得受到国内外同行认可的成绩。干细胞具有在体外扩增并向各种组织类型细胞分化的特性,可以作为再生医学的种子细胞替代修复衰老或创伤的组织器官。先后作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金、北京市248重大创新课题、国家重大科学研究计划课题、国家“973”以及军队指令性计划等多项课题。作为主要完成人获得北京市科技进步二等奖各1项。2004年获得北京市科技新星称号。作为主要参与者获3项干细胞产品国家药监局的临床试验批文;作为主要参与者获3项干细胞产品国家药监局的临床试验批文;在PLoS One, JBC、Cancer Research,J Cell Physiol,Clin Cancer Res期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇。作为主要发明人的5项国家发明专利和2项实用新型专利获得授权。
