Bio
Dr. Wei XU got her PhD degree of Immunology from Fudan University in 2003 and finished her post-doctoral training in CNRS-BioMerieux, Lyon, France during 2004-2005. She was promoted as an associated Professor in 2006 and Associate director of the Institute for Immunobiology, Fudan University in 2009. Since 2011, She was promoted as Professor in Soochow University. Her research interest focuses on the cellular and molecular immunological mechanism involved in the infectious diseases (Tuberculosis, Coxsackievirus-induced myocarditis, Hepatitis B) and the design of mucosal vaccines. She is author or co-author of 75 publications including J Biol Chem, Front Immunol, Antiviral Res, Vaccine, Mol Immunol, Hepatology, Cir Res, J Immunol, Infect Immunol, J Virol, Virology during the recent years.
