Wei-Min Chan

Wei-Min Chan was born in Taipei, Taiwan, on June 30, 1981. He received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, in 2003 and the M.S. degree in communication engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2005. He joined the design service division of TSMC, Hsinchu, in 2006. He is currently a Design Manager and responsible for embedded SRAM compiler design. His interests are in low-power circuit design, static timing analysis, CAD flow development, and statistical analysis.
