Bio
鲁伟,国家留学基金委公派留学生,爱尔兰国立科克大学食品与营养学博士。当前聚焦食品中多尺度纳米颗粒的生物学命运与营养健康效应、食品减盐技术与低钠食品开发、功能因子包埋与靶向递送等相关领域研究。截至目前,在Biomaterials、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Hydrocolloids、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、《食品科学》等期刊共发表学术论文36篇,其中SCI论文29篇(IF>10.0的论文13篇,ESI高被引论文3篇),EI论文2篇;申请专利4项(PCT 1项);参与编写英文著作2部。入选2019年上海市“浦江人才计划”。
