Wei-Jen Chen

I came back to Taiwan in 2009 after a series of the postdoctoral positions in Germany, France and in the USA. I joined the National Taiwan University on Aug. 2009, where I have been actively engaged in research and teaching. My work and research interests can be summarized as the application of state-of-the-art tools within a phylogenetic framework to interpret organismal diversity and to understand mechanisms of evolution. More recently, I also expend my research on Marine Conservation.
