个人简介
As an interdisciplinary scholar, I am deeply interested in the intersection of technology and organizing. My research focuses on organizational behavior and worker wellbeing, exploring the ways in which different technologies facilitate or limit communication and collaboration. I am particularly interested in the emergence of new forms of work in the digital era, including remote and virtual work, and the use of algorithmic technologies for organizing. Drawing on my expertise in communication, management, and organizational psychology, I develop courses on these topics, consult with companies, and publish academic research in leading journals. My work has been recognized with several international awards and recognitions, reflecting my commitment to advancing knowledge and understanding in this critical field.
