Bio
Miss Qiuping Wang, Ph.D. in Biotechnology. She got her PhD degree in Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. She got both her Bachelor degree in Food Science and Engendering, and Master degree in Food Science from the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Yunnan Agricultural University, Yunnan, P.R. China. Her research mainly focuses on Pu-erh tea, emphasizing in its fermentation process, bioactive components and functional benefits. Hitherto, Miss Wang has published fourteen research articles as the first/corresponding author, which, are officially citied by SCI (9), EI (2), and Chinese Core Journals (3). She has given 14 oral presentations in international conferences.
