Bio
万福,湖南南县人,中国电机工程学会青年托举人才,全国激光光谱技术青年学术论坛委员会委员。面向特高压智能电网装备运行安全,一直开展光谱与光纤分析检测技术在电气设备运行状态在线监测、诊断与评估领域等前瞻性基础及应用研究。现主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金、中国博士后基金特别资助(2017年全国电工学科仅9项获得资助)、国家电网重点科技项目、 国家重点研发计划子课题等各类项目13项;在 J. Mater. Chem. C.; Anal. Chem.,Nanoscale, IEEE Electr. Insul. Mag., IEEE Trans. Dielectr. Electr. Insul.,中国电机工程学报,电工技术学报等国内外高水平SCI/EI期刊上发表论文30余篇;申请/授权国家发明专利22项。获2017年中国产学研合作创新成果一等奖1项。
