Dr. Walid Chaouali is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management of Jendouba, University of Jendouba, Jendouba, Tunisia. His research includes pre-adoption and post-adoption usage of information technology, digital consumer behavior, and services marketing. His articles have been published in Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Telematics and Informatics, and Journal of High Technology Management Research.
