Synthesis and characterization of polymer nano-composites as a pressure, strain, gas, magnetic and temperature sensors, Synthesis and study of nanostructured hybrid organic-inorganic materials, Synthesis of metal oxides in diverse morphologies, Synthesis of carbon nanotubes and graphene, Synthesis of type I and type II quantum dots, plasmonic materials, biosensors, optoelectronic and 1D nanoarrays for sensing devices, magnetic nanoparticles for drug delivery and hyperthermia, polymer/perovskite solar cells fabrication and development of supercapacitor from graphene for energy storage and batteries.
