Bio
My research interests include magnetism, optics, opto-spintronics, quantum technology, and topological properties in low-dimensional systems. I have extensive and solid research experience on materials modelling and theoretical condensed matter physics.
My research skills include modelling electronic structure, magnetic properties, optical, electron transport and plasmonic properties of crystalline, nano-, and molecular materials. The theoretical tools I am familiar with include first-principles simulations, model calculations, molecular dynamics simulations, finite-element methods. Effective models explored include theory of open quantum systems and Lindblad's equation, Green's function perturbation theory, tight-binding, mean-field theory of Hubbard model, and spin-wave theory. DFT, TDDFT, DFT+U+SOI, HF, TDHF, post-HF (CI). Simulation softwares I often used include Gaussian, CRYSTAL, Quantum Espresso, WIEN2K, Octopus, Molpro, and LAMMPS.
