• Made many fundamental scientific discoveries published in top-tier journals (70 publications).
o Created framework for describing & designing covalent inhibitor drugs.
o Discovered a new mechanism for receptor tyrosine kinase regulation.
o Co-discovered a new binding mode for kinase inhibitors.
o Discovered a new mechanism of drug resistance – redox conformational control of kinases.
