Bio
Wayne Lukens is currently investigating the radiation chemistry of technetium. His background is synthetic inorganic chemistry with an emphasis on physical techniques especially gas sorption, NMR and EPR spectroscopies, X-ray diffraction, and EXAFS spectroscopy. He has extensive experience in the synthesis and electronic and structural characterization of air-sensitive inorganic complexes. He has experience in the synthesis and pore size control of mesoporous inorganic materials. He has extensive experience in the gas sorption studies of pore structure.
