Dr. Gray's work is described in over 500 publications and 80 US patents. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering; an elected a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences; a member of the National Institutes of Health; a Fellow of the American Association of Cancer Research Academy; and Executive Councilor of the Board of Councilors for the Radiation Effects Research Foundation (RERF), Hiroshima, Japan.
