Bio
Wilson Gouveia, with background in Chemistry, was a research fellow at Center of Physics and Engineering of Advanced Materials (CeFEMA, University of Lisbon) and developed non-noble metal catalysts for hydrogen generation from borohydride fuel. Previously, at the same institution, he contributed on the work of composite membranes for low temperature direct fuel cells in collaboration with a research center in Egypt (2017). He worked on the preparation of organic crystals semiconductors for application in Electronics at Institute for Systems Engineering and Computers (2014-2015). Wilson carried out his master's thesis on ecological hybrid coatings for corrosion protection of aluminum alloys at National Laboratory for Civil Engineering. Internationally, he was involved on a staff exchange project based on characterization of ionic liquids at National Chemical Laboratory in India (2013). W. Gouveia published 6 scientific papers and presented 5 poster communications.
