I am also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) - one of the highest-ranking computer engineering programs in the US. My research interests include high-performance computing and special-purpose computing architectures. At NCSA, I work on the development and deployment of next-generation HPC systems based on computational accelerators and on the design and implementation of scientific applications for such systems. At the ECE department, I teach freshman and sophomore computer engineering courses.
