Bio
Vito Gentile is a software engineer, data scientist and former researcher, with a PhD in Computer Science & Engineering. He currently holds the position of Business Unit Manager at synbrAIn, managing teams of data scientists and developers, and the related R&D projects related to the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques mainly in the CRM and process automation fields. Vito has accumulated several years of experience as a data scientist and as a researcher in the academic field, as well as having worked as a contract professor at the University of Palermo, carrying out scientific research in the field of human-computer interaction. He is the author of more than 30 scientific publications, and has been involved in the organization of international scientific conferences, as well as in peer review activities for international journals and conferences. Before his academic experience, as well as parallel to it, he also worked as a software developer of web and mobile applications, as well as a tech writer and content manager for various magazines specialized in the field of computer science and technology.
