Bio
I am a Food Scientist (2015) graduated from the Faculty of Nutrition (FANUT) of the Federal University of Mato Grosso - Brazil (UFMT). Master's in animal science (2017), by the Graduate Program (PPG) in Animal Science, at the same institution. Ph.D. in Food Science at the Chemical Institute (IQ) of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil (UFRJ). Additionally, I have 38 published scientific articles. Also, I have worked as a reviewer in 17 scientific journals. I have experience in Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene. My "major skills" in the contamination of meat products by food pathogens, evaluation of the antimicrobial resistance of these pathogens, microbial inactivation with chemical and organic products, and the total genetic sequencing of bacteria, and "minor skills" in predictive microbiology, non-thermal inactivation technologies, sensory analysis, and genetic factors of resistance to bacterial stress.
