Infection, and has published over 220 international peer reviewed original articles in the areas of clinical infectious disease including SARS and influenza, diagnostic clinical microbiology, proactive infection control for multiple drug resistant bacteria, and respiratory and gastrointestinal viruses, and hospital outbreak investigations for bacteria, virus, and fungus.
