个人简介
Food Technologist (2012) with Master's (2014), Doctorate (2019) and Post-Doctorate (2019) in Food Science. Currently is Full Professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, working in undergraduate and graduate courses. Advisor at the Postgraduate Program in Food Science at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGCAL-UFSC). Works as a researcher in the areas of Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on food microbiology and animal products technology, mainly on the following topics: probiotic bacteria, dairy products technology, artisanal cheeses, molecular methods in food microbiology, food digestibility, food toxicology, antioxidants and natural antimicrobials.
