Bio
V. Gerla received the M.S. degree in biomedical engineering in 2005 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University, Prague, Czech Republic, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence and biocybernetics.
His current research interests include biomedical signal processing, pattern recognition, biomedical informatics, automated classification of sleep, and the EEG signals of newborns.
