vincent desmaris

Vincent Desmaris received the M.Sc. degree in material science from the National Institute of Applied Science, Lyon, France, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2006. His thesis concerned the fabrication, characterization, and modeling of AlGaN/GaN microwave transistors. Since 2006, he has been with the Group for Advanced Receiver Development, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg. His research interests include the area of terahertz receiver technology, and especially microfabrication and characterization of waveguide components and circuits, as well as planar cryogenic microwave devices.
