Bio
Uğur Yayan received the Graduate degree in electrical and electronics engineering (EEE), in 2009, the master’s degree in EEE from Eskisehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU), in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in EEE from the Control and Command Program, ESOGU, in 2018.
After completing the Ph.D. degree, he is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Software Engineering, ESOGU. He is also the Vice-Director of the ESOGU Intelligence Factory and Robotics Laboratory Digital Innovation Hub (IFARLAB-DIH) and the Director of ESOGU Autonomous Systems and Reliability Laboratory (ASRLAB). Since 2010, he has been participating in 11 national and nine international funded projects. Additionally, he has three patents and applications, three design registrations, and three utility models. Moreover, he has authored 18 international articles, 17 international conference proceedings, and 30 national conference proceedings. He has also written two books and two book chapters on robotics. His research interests include reliability estimation, manufacturing, robotics, route planning, digital twins, artificial intelligence, verification and validation, and mutation testing.
