个人简介
Tom Goldfinch received the Ph.D. degree in engineering education from the University of Wollongong, Wollongong, NSW, Australia.
He is a Senior Lecturer in Integrated Engineering with the University of Sydney, Sydney, NSW. He was the President of the Australasian Association for Engineering Education from 2016 to 2018. He is a Mechanical Engineer with the University of Wollongong. He has published numerous papers and lead several federally funded projects on these topics in collaboration with colleagues from around Australia and overseas. He has contributed to education focused projects across Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, and the U.K., and has a particular passion for building recognition of Australian Indigenous Perspectives and Knowledges in engineering practice. His research interests are around preparing graduates for engineering practice with a focus on qualitative studies of the social and cultural aspects of engineering education and practice.
