Bio
Dr. Tian Guan is an associate professor from college of Food Science, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China. She got her BS degree in Lingnan Normal University, China in 2016. She received her M.S. degree and Ph.D degree in South China Agricultural University, China in 2019 and 2022, respectively. Her research interests focus on food safety and food control, immunoassays for food hazards and food frauds, smartphone-based biosensors, etc. Her research tools involve organic synthesis, antibody engineering, nanomaterial-powered ultrasensitive biosensors, microfluidic technology, etc. She has published 14 high-quality papers in the field of food safety and food authentication.
