Bio
Thomas James Slight received the B.Eng. degree in physics and electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Glasgow, Glasgow, U.K., in 2002 and 2006, respectively.
He is currently with the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, University of Glasgow. His current research interests include optoelectronic integrated circuits utilizing resonant tunneling diodes and short wavelength quantum cascade lasers for gas sensing.
