Thomas C. Glenn

Thomas C. Glenn received his B.A. degree in biology from Kalamazoo College, and his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from UC Irvine. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His research interests have focused on control of vascular function and relationships between cerebral blood flow and metabolism. Within this context, he has investigated the influence of trauma and subarachnoid hemorrhage on vascular function. Much of his recent research has focused on the use of alternative fuels by the brain following human traumatic brain injury.
