Thieng Thi Nguyen

As Deputy director of Institute for Population and Social Sciences (IPSS), NEU, Hanoi, I taught statistics and population sciences, and implemented research projects for various public institutions and joint research programmes between Vietnam and France. I am regularly conducting consultancies for international institutions and NGOs on topics like migration and urbanization, population and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, family planning, gender and development, prevention of alcohol abuse, etc.
