Tatsiana Mikulchyk received her Honour Bachelor Degree in Physics from the Belarussian State University and PhD in Physics from Technological University Dublin (former Dublin Institute of Technology). In 2017 joined the Centre for Industrial and Engineering Optics (IEO) as a Postdoctoral Researcher. As a member of the IEO research team, Tatsiana Mikulchyk worked on industry-related projects and she is a co-inventor of 2 patents applications and 3 invention disclosures. Currently, Tatsiana Mikulchyk is leading the research domain focused on the development of a new generation of photopolymerisable glasses for holographic applications at the IEO centre.
Research interests include holographic recording materials and their application for the development of diffractive optical elements by holographic patterning and two-photon lithography.
