EXPERT IN THE FIELD OF IMMUNOLOGY
Cancer immunology, transplant immunology, inflammation and tolerance, autoimmune diseases.
My main interest is biology of human FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Treg) and T cells.

• Primary author or co-author of four especially distinguished papers which identified important factors of FOXP3+ regulatory T cells biology. These papers were recognized by being selected as the “top 25 hottest articles”, “the Top Read Articles”, generating significant interest in the public Media (including BBC news, Fox News channel news and broadcasting, Science Daily, The Huffington Post UK, RedOrbit etc), ranked as a top 2% of published articles in their fields with evaluations “Must read, Refutation, Good for Teaching, New Finding, Controversial”.
• In 2000-2006, a well-recognized author and immunology expert adviser of more than 30 popular medical and immunological papers for general audience in Russia, followed by broad major media interest and became so popular that all papers were copied, cited and referenced about 5,000-6,000 times on the Russian Internet. As a popular science activist, I was invited as an adviser or an expert in newspapers, magazines, and had a few radio broadcasts.
