Tarana Ferdous is a Ph.D. candidate and graduate assistant at Public Health Epidemiology department in Florida International University. Her area of research expertise is in randomized controlled trial (RCT), mixed method study in area of chronic disease, specifically in tobacco control, nutrition, air pollution and data driven health system. Her current work is testing the effect of nicotine concentration, flavor and health warning label on emerging tobacco products through clinical trials.
