Tao Zhang

Tao Zhang received the B.E. degree in mechanical engineering from Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China, in 2009, the M.E. degree in mechatronics engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, University of Technology Sydney, Sydney, NSW, Australia, in 2019. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center and the Chow Yuk Ho Technology Centre for Innovative Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, Hong Kong. His research interests include system design and control of hybrid bionic unmanned aerial robotics, surgical robotics, and artificial intelligence-assisted robotics control.
