Bio
Tal Katz-Navon received the Ph.D. degree from Columbia University, New York, NY, USA, in 1999.
She is currently an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior with the Arison School of Business, Reichman University, Herzliya, Israel. She studies cross-level models of organizational climates, leadership, teams, and employee motivation that aim to improve employees and organizational performances as quality improvement and clinical outcomes in healthcare. She has published her research in top journals, such as Academy of management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Management Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Medical Care, among others.
Dr. Katz-Navon serves on the Editorial Boards of Safety Science, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and Small Group research. She was of the recipient of the Second IACMR-RRBM Award for Responsible Research.
