Nutritionist, graduated from Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) (jul/2015). MSc in Food and Nutrition from Food and Nutrition Graduate Program - PPGAN/UNIRIO (mar/2018). PhD student in Food and Nutrition from Food and Nutrition Graduate Program - PPGAN/UNIRIO. Worked in Scientific Initiation in Food Science area, researching in the development of new products, full utilization of food, centesimal composition, physico-chemical and sensory analysis. Has experience in Nutrition and Public Health. Currently, her research involves the determination of wheat peptides associated with celiac disease and other allergies by using proteomic techniques, such as liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS).
