T. Hui Teo

Tee Hui Teo (S'97–M'03–SM'07) received the B.S. degree from the Science University of Malaysia in 1999 and the M.Eng. degree from the National University of Singapore in 2001. Prior to joining the Institute of Microelectronics, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A∗STAR), Singapore, as a Senior Research Engineer, he worked as a Senior IC Designer at companies including Intelligent Micro-Device, ST Microelectonics, Sharp, and Akamai. While he was working in industry, he pursued the Ph.D. degree at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and completed in 2009. He joined Singapore Polytechnic in 2010 to set up undergraduate courses in IC design field, which was initialized by Singapore Institute of Technology. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Technical University of Munich, Germany. His research interests include device characterization and modelling as well as RF/mixed-signal IC design, mainly in SiGe and CMOS technologies.
