Professor at the State University of Minas Gerais UEMG- Passos. Coordinator of the Biological Bases Laboratory Complex - UEMG Passos. Post doctoral student in Biology Applied to Health at the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE, with a project involving COVID-19. Post-doctorate in Oceanography from the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC. Doctor and Master in Physiological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande - FURG. Bachelor in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande- FURG. Works with behavior, physiological adaptations, respiratory physiology, and ecophysiology of decapod crustaceans with a focus on climate change, especially changes in oxygen and temperature. Also works in the area of persistent organic pollutants in marine mammals and accidental capture of small cetaceans.
