个人简介
Swagato Sarkar received the B.Sc. degree in physics from Jadavpur University, India, in 2012, the M.Sc. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, in 2021. During the Ph.D. degree, he went to the Leibniz Institute for Polymer Research Dresden as a Guest Scientist for two years in 2018 and 2020.
Since 2021, he has been working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Functional Colloidal Material Group, Leibniz Institute for Polymer Research Dresden. His area of research includes photonic crystals and metamaterials, 1D and 2D subwavelength grating-based structures, colloidal plasmonics, and hybrid opto-plasmonic designs for sensing and light-harvesting.
