Susana Llorens is currently an Associate professor in the area of Social Psychology at the Universitat Jaume I (Spain). European Phd “Burnout and Engagement among Information and Communication Technology Workers: A test of the Job Demands-Resources Model” with Marisa Salanova, Wilmar Schaufeli and Arnold Bakker as supervisors. Phd award in Social, Sciences, Behaviour and Education in Universitat Jaume I (2005). Coordinator of the WANT Team Psychosocial Prevention and Healthy Organizations, which is a Prometeo excellence group by resolution of the Valencian Regional Government PROMETEO / 2013/025 / (20132016). Director of the Master's Degree in Work, Organizational and Human Resources Psychology at the Universitat Jaume I. Teacher in different subjects in the area of Social Psychology in Bachelor's and Master's Degrees, and doctorate program with a Quality Mention. Member of the Group of Educational Innovation in Psychology of Human Resources and Occupational Health of the Universitat Jaume I.
