Sundar Kunwar

Sundar Kunwar received the Bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from the Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal, in 2014, and is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in Department of Electronic Engineering, Kwangwoon University, Seoul, South Korea. In 2015, he joined in the “Advanced Quantum-Nano Materials & Optoelectronics Laboratory,” Kwangwoon University and conducted researches on the development and characterizations of various quantum- and nanostructures and related optoelectronic devices using AFM, PLD, SEM, EDS, Raman, PL, reflectance, I–V, etc. His research interests include the fabrications and characterization of various metal and semiconductor quantum- and nanostructures and their applications.
