Bio
I hold a Ph.D. from the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Non-Destructive Analysis Department at Jiangsu University (China), where my doctoral research focused on smart and active food packaging technology. In particular, my dissertation, "Development of Freshness Indicator Film and Antibacterial Film Using Natural Waxes and Anthocyanins for Typical Meat Products," improved industry efficiency, is environmentally friendly, and reduces food waste.
