国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年基金、广东省珠江人才青年拔尖人才获得者。入选斯坦福大学全球前2%科学家(2019,2020)。长期从事微电子领域新型信息器件(忆阻器和闪速存储器)研制和存算一体芯片应用研究工作。近年来以第一作者及通讯作者身份发表包括Science,Nature Communications,Chemical Reviews,Advanced Materials等多篇SCI论文, SCI引用5800余次,h-index 40。担任Science,Nature,Nature Electronics,Nature Physics Review等国际知名期刊的审稿人。
