Su Chang Jeon

Su Chang Jeon (S'03) was born in Seoul, Korea, on November 27, 1978. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, in 2004. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Yonsei University. His research interests are the modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits (ICs) and the analog built-in self testing of ICs in the SOC environment.
