Bio
Stephen Zoepf received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and Computer Science, M.Sc. degree in Technology & Policy and Ph.D. degree in engineering systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA.
He has two decades of experience in transportation and mobility. He is the Chief of Policy Development for Ellis and Associates, Orlando, FL, USA, where he helps guide the development of open-source software products for cities to manage modern transportation systems. He previously led the Center for Automotive Research at Stanford, Stanford, CA, USA, as an Executive Director. His research has been covered in numerous popular press articles, initiated a Congressional probe, and has been lampooned in The Onion.
