Stephen D. March

Stephen D. March received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, IA, USA, in 2013, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, USA, in 2016 and 2021, respectively. His Ph.D. research focused on the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth, and device physics of short-to-mid-infrared wavelength low-noise avalanche photodiodes and photoconductive devices. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Texas. His current research interests include the MBE growth of novel heterostructures using III–V materials and and their device applications.
