Bio
Stephanie Tomasulo received the B.S. degree in physics and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA, in 2008 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, in 2014.
From 2014 to 2016, she was a National Research Council Post-Doctoral Fellow residing at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington, DC, USA. In 2016, she accepted the position of Electrical Engineer at NRL. Her current research interests include III-V molecular beam epitaxy for photovoltaic and mid-IR optoelectronic applications.
Dr. Tomasulo received the Best Student Poster Presentation at the North American Molecular Beam Epitaxy Conference in 2010, and the Best Student Presentation Award at the 2013 IEEE Photovoltaic Specialists Conference.
