Bio
明确稻曲病菌为异宗配合真菌,并通过构建稻曲病菌T-DNA插入突变体库,获得了与致病性和产孢能力异常的一系列突变体,克隆到了多个产孢相关基因,为深入阐释稻曲病菌的产孢机制打下了坚实基础。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省农业自主创新项目等,参加多项国家级和省部级项目,包括农业部公益性行业专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省农业自主创新重点项目等。在Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions、FEMS Microbiology Letters、Pest Management Sciences、Phytopathology、Fungal Genetics and Biology等期刊上发表论文十余篇。
